Hotel Extrema Club

This is my second stay at the hotel, and the service has been outstanding from the moment I made the reservation. Mariana at reception deserves top marks, as does everyone else. The breakfast was excellent too.

The restaurant was the one part that disappointed me on my first visit, during Carnival 2025. Mr. Tosca, the manager, said it was being revamped, and on this second visit, over New Year's, I could tell things had changed. From check-in onward, the service was very good. Erick, the young man at reception, was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with what we needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the heated pool was great for cooling off during the day or taking a dip at night. Matheus, Vinicius, and the other bar waiter whose name I can't remember treated my family and me really well. The restaurant waiter was super friendly too. I can't recall his name, but I called him "Amado" because that's what he called us, haha. Mr. Tosca is incredibly warm, and he and his team made us feel right at home. I've visited twice now, and the Hotel Extrema has become a peaceful retreat for my family and me. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Extrema. I'm planning to return in 2026.

I loved this hotel, from the service to the scenery, and recommend it. Roni, Mary, and Cláudia were great at reception.

The chalet-style accommodation was simple, but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room also smelled clean. Still, I expected more based on the photos and advertising. I had booked by phone and sent a photo of the suite I wanted on WhatsApp, but I was given a different room when I arrived. The bathroom and sink were disappointing. Breakfast had little variety. Some cups set out for use had dark water in them, and the small plates had bits of residue. I also noticed rusty utensils and a lot of chatting among the staff in that area, which gave an impression of carelessness. The management seems to overlook basic details of hygiene, maintenance, and service.
