Terrible experience. Breakfast was very disappointing, the Wi-Fi was awful, and the room smelled bad. We hated it. The reception was terrible too, with no helpfulness, courtesy, or empathy toward guests. Don't trust the transfer the pousada says it offers. You have to pay for it. They set a time, changed it without telling us, and only let us know when we arrived at reception. Then they gave us another time, but when we came back, the transfer had already left.

We recommend it. The facilities were comfortable and clean, with easy access to several great restaurants. EVERYONE on the team and in management was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and afternoon coffee are worth mentioning too, for both their variety and quality.
