A great base for exploring Noronha’s sights, with a new structure and very good rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was spectacular. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work, though the signal is poor across the whole island. I recommend it!

The location was good, and Mrs. Célia served us well at breakfast. That meal was good on the first day, but items were missing on the days after. We stayed in September 2021, and for what we paid, we wouldn’t recommend this inn. It was our second trip to the island, and there are other places to choose from. The rooms needed maintenance, including cracks in the bathrooms. One bathroom leaked, leaving water pooled near the entrance hall. The sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were stained. Power went out every evening while we were showering, and since nobody from the inn was there at that hour, we had to find and reset the electrical panel ourselves. There was no staff member on site in the evenings to help with anything.

For a place mainly to sleep, it was well worth it. The room was spotless, the bed was good, and the air conditioning worked well. They made everything we asked for at breakfast, which was decent. The staff were very kind and cordial. If you want to spend more time at your inn than out enjoying Noronha, you might prefer somewhere else. I’d happily come back! I stayed in September 2022.

I booked through Booking in June 2020 with free cancellation, despite the uncertainty around the pandemic. The inn still made me pay 30% of the stay. Close to my travel date, when Brazil was at the height of 4,000 deaths a day, I asked to move the booking to the following year at the same price, but they refused. I cancelled within the free-cancellation period and gave them the details they requested for the refund. They told me the law gave them an extended time to return it. I waited a year, and still haven't received a cent. I want the inn to take action and return my money. They no longer answer my emails or calls.

We stayed there this February 2023. The inn is well located, the employees were very attentive, and breakfast was very good. The air conditioning was great, but the internet and TV were poor. There’s no inn name on the building’s facade, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
