We paid $500AUD a night for really poor accommodation. It’s possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and calling it a hotel would insult other hotels. On day three there was no running water, so we couldn’t shower. The bathroom was dirty, and the breakfast was extremely basic. There was nothing in the room, not even a kettle, and although the Wi-Fi was supposedly free, they couldn’t give us a password. Maintenance was terrible, with door trim falling off and loose light switches. We had to ask for clean towels. Avoid this place.

The pousada is in a calm, safe area, and Jessica served breakfast with so much care. She was exceptionally attentive and kind. In the afternoon there’s delicious coffee waiting for you, almost like a hug. I highly recommend it.

It was very peaceful, and breakfast was simple but served generously. The rooms were clean, and the bed and bath linens smelled fresh. Cláudia was competent, attentive, and helpful.

Morgana and Claudia were so attentive, and the service was a 10 out of 10. Breakfast was delicious, and there was lovely coffee in the afternoon when we got back from our outings. A wonderful experience.

The service was lovely, and I absolutely loved this cozy, well-located pousada. Breakfast was served generously, and the afternoon tea was fantastic too. I recommend it!
