My experience with the service was negative. There was little dialogue or common sense, and the pousada’s response felt short on empathy and not very willing to find common ground with a customer. I’m sharing what happened so others can decide whether this kind of service meets their expectations.

The peaceful setting at Pousada Suzimar, with nature all around, made our mornings lovely. And Didi’s tapioca was a real treat. She’s so attentive. I’d love to stay at Suzimar again next time I’m in Noronha.

Suzy was such a warm, welcoming host and made a real effort to take good care of us. The food was delicious and clearly made with care, too. It’s a simple pousada, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Pousada Suzimar in Fernando de Noronha was a pleasant surprise, and a cozy choice if you’re looking for a quiet stay and friendly hospitality in Noronha.

The breakfast was satisfying, and the welcome from Suzi, Didi, and Mário was especially lovely. They all worked hard to make guests feel at home. The room I stayed in was simple, though they also have a nicer space. It had what I needed: a good shower, great internet, a very comfortable bed, and everything was clean. Thanks for everything.

Mauro and Suzi make you feel like they’ve opened their home to you. The couple are attentive, and the pousada is clean and well organized. I especially liked the hot coffee, eggs cooked fresh, comfortable bed, and new air conditioning. It’s a place for people who want comfort with the simplicity of home.
