Apartamento No Residencial Amazônia I

The host ignores you when it suits her and is rude. When we arrived, the pool was filthy, and we couldn’t get it cleaned, so even though we paid for a pool, we couldn’t use it. On top of that, she sent a video showing how to clean it. I have photos and videos of what happened. I’ll never come back and don’t recommend it.

The apartment has lovely views and is spacious and comfortable, with the city center and supermarkets nearby. But it’s very poorly maintained. The outlets and lights don’t work, the blinds are broken, and the showers are broken too. There are no dishes.

The space itself is quite cozy. These photos were taken from the building’s rooftop, and the street view is more or less what you see from there. Since it’s by the beach, there’s a lot of sea air, and the safety bars on the pool balcony were broken, making it risky for someone to fall.

We really recommend it. The place is cozy and on a very quiet street. We took a leisure trip and didn’t know that side of Florianópolis yet. It’s a bit far if you want to explore the southern part of the island.
