6/10
I came here to work long days and still had work to do at night, so the terrible internet in my room was a real frustration. It took away much of the value for me. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable, reception staff were great, check-in was easy, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of food and good variety. The hotel is lovely, and rooms on the upper street-facing floors have a great view of the bay and Ilha.

I was there for an event only. The conference room had plenty of space, though the chairs weren't very comfortable. The location in Florianopolis's continental area was convenient, and valet parking was available.

Breakfast was tasty, with several options, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The staff spoke English and were friendly. My one complaint was having to pay for parking.

The facilities were clean and attractive, and the professionals there were incredible. A very nice place, though parking is expensive.

I haven't actually stayed at the hotel, but the parking lot gave me a great experience.
