We had such a lovely, relaxed time here. The staff and owner were really friendly and helpful, and I hope we get to come back. Only one star from us, since we stayed just 3 nights. That definitely wasn't long enough! Thanks so much.

The lakeside setting at Haute Haus was the first thing that made our stay feel special. It's right across from Lagoa de Conceicao in Florianopolis, with lovely lake views from the rooms and natural scenery all around. Lagoa town is nearby too, with several good options for dinner or drinks. The place has a cozy countryside feel, but the rooms and facilities are spacious and comfortable, mixing modern conveniences with rustic touches. It was a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax. The staff stood out just as much as the location. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, was warm and willing to help with questions or requests. Haute Haus felt like a charming home away from home, and my stay was a delight. I'd gladly return, whether for a quiet break or a romantic getaway, and recommend it to anyone after a memorable stay in Florianopolis.

We came for my brother in law's wedding, and having both our rooms and the reception at the hotel made everything really convenient. The staff were warm, professional, and so friendly. With that kind of experience and such good value, I'd stay again in a heartbeat. 6 out of 5!!! :)

The rooms are new and very well cared for, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent too. Set right on the edge of the lagoon of Conceição, the hotel has a wonderful view that really catches your eye. Definitely worth a visit!

During our paragliding trip, we spent one night here and were very happy with it. It was quiet, clean, cozy, and pretty, and Jessica at reception was a huge help. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
