The location could be better, since the beach is 3 km away, though getting there by Uber is easy and very affordable. At night, cockroaches sometimes show up on the counter beneath the stove where the pots and pans are kept. The tropical climate draws insects, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it could use attention. Otherwise, it’s a charming, very clean hostel with private rooms and a constant fresh smell. Rodrigo, the owner, is friendly, relaxed, and always ready to help.

We were really taken with all the little details, from the spotless cleanliness to how comfortable everything was. I traveled with my husband and we were welcomed so warmly. What a find! I recommend it without hesitation.

Leti and Rodrigo were great and made sure we had every comfort they could provide. If anything was missing, Rodrigo would get it for you right away. Everything was tidy and clean, and my experience was truly excellent!
