We could hear the sea at night from our street-facing room, though motorcycles went by noisily after dark, and the window ventilation let a lot of sound in. Bring adapters for Brazilian plugs. The apartments are spacious, with closets and drawers for clothes and bags, and the bathroom was adequate. Ours had a full kitchen, balcony, linens, fridge, microwave, TV, fan, and air conditioning. They don’t provide hotel services, but you can get fresh linens every few days. There’s also a laundry room if you bring your own soap. There’s a pool, park, game room, barbecue area, and included parking. They lend you a beach umbrella, and the location is ideal for getting to Lagoinha do Norte beach, a small but very popular beach. When something stopped working, they replaced it right away. It’s a family-friendly place, very clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this apart hotel.

It’s right on the beach, on one of Florianópolis’ most beautiful stretches of coast. The complex has both houses and apartments, plus a pool and restaurant. A lovely spot for families.

Kelly, the owner, was the best part. She was so warm and kind from the first time I contacted her. We arrived at 9 pm, and she suggested we have dinner somewhere on the way to the hostel. Then she waited for us until 11 pm, which was really thoughtful. The place is comfortable and well set up, with what you need for a few days. It also has a pool, game room, and parking. I recommend it 💯
