We had a lovely stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms felt cozy. The hotel itself is nice, and I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s easy to get downtown, to the bus station, or to the airport by Uber. The beach, restaurants, shops, and cafes are all walkable. Great location, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast spread.

The new owners are a really friendly family, and the property manager and staff were kind and helpful. They helped me find the best deal among the available rooms. They were there every day I stayed, working hard to improve things, and the shared areas and rooms were kept clean and organized. The staff put in a lot of effort. The suites are spacious and well maintained, with a kitchen and even a balcony hammock. The place feels relaxed and comfortable, surrounded by lovely vegetation. It’s in a great spot in Campeche, on the main road beside restaurants, bars, and shops, and just a 10 minute walk up the beach. Breakfast was good too, with nice coffee and a choice of foods and fruit in the restaurant at the back. I’d definitely come back to Florianópolis.

The nature around Hotel Natur is beautiful, and the pool and jacuzzi were clean and well cared for. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a tasty variety each morning. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. I’ll be back :)
