Kesley at reception was so friendly, and the breakfast staff were lovely too. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was beautiful and very clean. The hotel is close to the beach. We had two small issues during our stay, but they were sorted out quickly. One of the best hotels in Canasvieiras, without a doubt. I hope I can come back someday.

The kids' play area was a big hit with my children, and since it's near the breakfast room, I could enjoy some lovely coffees while they played. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel feels cozy and is close to the beach. It was well organized and very clean, though the rooms could use some improvement. One concern: we saw people get stuck in the elevator. The machinery seems old, and it has no fan or cameras, which felt dangerous. Some things like the curtains, doors, and elevator could be modernized. It looks like they've been the same for years. Still, grateful for the stay ❤️
