The bathroom was dirty and smelled of sewage during the day. On New Year’s Eve, no one in the room could sleep. We were given a different room from the one we’d booked, and after leaving a day early because we couldn’t stand it, the person in charge promised my mother, an older woman, a refund for one night but never paid it. He was rude too. I brought a towel for my pet, as you’d expect, and had to ask for towels for my mother and me because the website said they were provided, but they weren’t available when we arrived. I’m very hygienic, unlike the inn, with its dirty bathroom and sewage smell. We really did leave that last day, even though we knew we wouldn’t get our money back. A bad, dirty place with rude people.
