The best thing is how close it is to the beach. Our room didn’t have air conditioning, and there was no parking spot or even a place to pull over for loading and unloading. The street is short, busy, and lined with hotels.

The location couldn’t be better, with the beach, shops, pharmacies, and restaurants all close by. The place was clean and organized, and Leandro gave us a very attentive welcome. Our only complaint is that there’s no garage. Everything else was great, and we’ll definitely come back!

It’s very close to the beach, about 50m. The room was reasonably good, with an okay fridge and stove, and the garage and service from Cristiane were okay too. There were mosquitoes, and the bathroom could use a shower enclosure instead of a curtain, since a lot of water gets on the floor when you shower. I recommend it 👍

There’s no breakfast since it’s set up more like an apartment, but the manager was very good. The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom was unusually spacious compared with places I’ve stayed in Floripa and elsewhere along the Brazilian coast. It’s well equipped for cooking, with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and utensils. The beds were really comfortable, and the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and the shops in the center. Good value for the money.
