The good points were the location, working air conditioning, and decent cleaning of the exterior. Still, given what we paid, there are much better places nearby, and we wouldn't stay here again. Five of us came from Santiago, Chile, and spent eight days in room #2 on the first floor. The basic reception was handled through WhatsApp, with no staff around all day. The manager appeared only on the first day to collect payment. The room barely had ventilation, just the entrance window and a bathroom exhaust fan. Sound carried freely between rooms. The kitchen divider was made of badly sealed melamine panels, so you could see into the neighboring room and hear conversations, bathroom noise, music, and snoring. We chose a place with a kitchen expecting to use it, but it wasn't properly equipped. We asked for missing cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, and other items on arrival, but they came very late, leaving us unable to cook or eat in the room for a day or two. The pots were in awful shape: paint came off one while cooking noodles, and another lid had no handle. There weren't basic utensils fit for a kitchen accommodation. There were no bathroom towels when we arrived, so we had to ask. They were later left inside without warning or permission to enter, which felt uncomfortable given our privacy. No cleaning products or basic hygiene supplies were provided. During all eight days there was no cleaning service and no fresh sheets or towels. One bed had a queen mattress on a single frame, making it uncomfortable and even unsafe. On two mornings, at 9:00 AM, drills and hammers in the next room woke us up. Many of the outlets didn't work. Note: In winter we stayed at the Canas Gold in Canasvieiras. I highly recommend it to our Chilean and Argentinian friends. 10/10.
