When I returned to my apartment at this establishment, all my belongings were gone: clothes, valuable electronics, personal items, my suitcase, everything I'd brought on the trip. The place had been tidied up, but none of my things were there. The establishment has done nothing so far. Contacting the platform's assistants has been no help; they showed no concern and even falsely claimed that the cleaning team found a note saying to throw everything away. Who would throw out important documents and a work iPad while the reservation was still active? We're pursuing this through the courts. This is a warning to all the units. We aren't being dealt with by responsible people.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, near the waterfront, and we went for a walk at night. A supermarket is very close, and you can walk to the tourist center. I recommend it for a couple's trip. Check-in and entry through the app felt very modern. The only downside is the security risk that comes with that setup: there's no control over other guests entering. Don't let in people you don't know. Everyone should use the app to get in.

I’m on day three of a six-night stay, and the air conditioner has been leaking for all three days. Service has been really poor too: they schedule a time well after the problem was reported, then show up more than three hours late. Very disappointing.

Absolutely top-notch, without a comparison. The best place in Florianópolis.

There’s plenty of room in this welcoming apartment, and the connectivity is excellent.
