Amazonia Residence 3 Quartos

The key problems started at check-in, which took 35 minutes. The card I was finally given didn’t open my room, so I had to ask housekeeping to let me in. Later I tracked them down again to call the front desk for a working card. Until then, I couldn’t lock the room and my belongings were unsecured. The hot shower didn’t work, and traffic noise made the room loud. After I complained, I was moved to another room later that night. On the second night, the new key card stopped working too, so I had to go back to the front desk again. Then I found loose wires hanging in the shower. I was afraid I could be electrocuted and didn’t dare use it. I took photos of the dangerous cables as evidence. The hotel’s disorganization has made me too anxious to report anything else, and I’m checking out tomorrow. I’d like a full refund for my stay, but I haven’t started the claim because I expect the staff wouldn’t know how to handle it and I want to spare myself the headache. It’s late, but I wanted to let you know about these problems without making a scene.
