Brisa Brasil Residence

This was my second stay, and the apartment was extremely clean and clearly set up with guests in mind. They even left cold water in the fridge for my arrival, along with lots of kitchen items, plus coffee, sugar, and a few things for making food. The receptionist wasn’t the same person I met in 2022, but this one was just as good: very courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the place and the accommodation. Highly recommend. Congrats again!

This is a building of about three floors with apartments for rent, some monthly and others for short stays. My unit had a kitchen, and there was water in the fridge. The room was clean, with a window looking toward the sea, though it was a little far away. There’s an attentive receptionist ready to help. For the short-stay units, he handles cleaning and changing the sheets and towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower pressure was very good. There was lots of breeze, which kept the room airy, though it also got dusty, not because of the property. The room had Wi-Fi, which dropped out a few times, a TV, clothes and kitchen cupboards, and a small bedside table with drawers. There were sheets and a blanket, too, as well as a small ironing board and an iron. A laundry area, stove, fridge, blender, plates, some cutlery, sandwich press, and even a coffee thermos were available. There’s parking on site, and my space was covered. It’s about 600 meters from Praia do Futuro. The street is quiet enough to feel deserted, but I didn’t notice anything strange during my stay. The photos are of the reception.

Really recommend it. It’s clean, quiet, and family-friendly, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Great value for the money. Congrats, and we’ll be back soon.
