It’s a very comfortable place to stay, with wonderful service and a good weekend breakfast. The location is very convenient too, close to lots of food options, a market and one of the park entrances. You can walk there or ask for a ride.

Being right in the village, behind the Panela de Pedra restaurant and its group of shops, made it easy to enjoy the local restaurants and little bars without taking the car. The rustic style suits the area, and our host Tiago was welcoming and attentive. A few things could be better: the bathroom would benefit from a shower enclosure, and the parking is uncovered. At breakfast there was sliced mozzarella, but no other cheese during our two days. Since we were in Minas, I consider cheese a must at breakfast.
