Hotel Gran Marquise

The reception said someone would come clean my room, but nobody showed up. I also kept seeing escorts around the elevator during my stay, which gave the hotel an unpleasant atmosphere that didn't seem right for its price and category. My concerns didn't feel taken seriously, and that was disappointing given how much I paid. Better maintenance, cleanliness, and more professional management could make this a much nicer place. When I arrived, the room wasn't clean, as the pictures I attached showed. The shower wasn't working properly, and the bathroom flush had problems too, making the stay quite uncomfortable.

Traveling with my husband, we were told the reservation was for one person and charged for the extra guest, which made no sense to me. The front desk wasn't very helpful. I wasn't impressed with the rooms, and breakfast was just okay, nothing special. I definitely won't return.

The rooftop pool is small, and the sunbeds really need some shade. Parasols beside them would be great. The gym is cool, and I'm sure the spa is worth trying. Rooms are modern, nicely decorated, and clean, and the location is good. Borrowing bikes is so convenient! The staff are adorable and great. Many thanks to Ana the concierge and the receptionist for their service. Breakfast is amazing, though we did miss having some vegetables. Everything else is fabulous!

They charge extra for towels and for using the jacuzzi and sauna inside the hotel.
