I reserved ahead and was told I could check in early on the morning of the 8th, after arriving from Sao Paulo at 3 a.m. That meant paying for an extra night starting on the 7th. But when I got there, they said "nao tem vaga," and I still spent hours waiting for a room. Then it happened again with my extension. I’d booked through the 11th and asked to stay until the 13th. The blond guy at reception said "Ok," but on the 11th they told me to leave because "nao tem vaga." I had to scramble to find somewhere else, even though they’d accepted my booking through the 13th. The reception staff seem completely uninterested in giving decent service. On March 11, one of them even made fun of me when I asked for other options. The service here is awful. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.
