Breakfast was good, but the milk machine needs cleaning. When I used it, a piece of black slime came out, and the cake was poorly made and stale. The service varied by staff member: one very stout man was terrible, some of the women were lovely, and one man, who I think may have a disability, was wonderful. We'd just arrived when we were put in a bad room. The double bed was old and soft, and although we asked to change rooms, they refused and only replaced the bed. Under the mattress was a sheet covered in blood, which showed how poor the cleaning was. The towels were frayed and dingy, with a strange smell, and they left no toilet paper and only one tiny soap. After this experience, I give it a 5. I hope they take this as constructive criticism and improve the cleaning, room service, and how guests are treated.

The air conditioning and minibar both cooled really well, and the shower could be hot or cold. I liked the room a lot. The only thing I wasn't keen on was how noisy the bed was.

The rooms are small, but have what you need, and breakfast was excellent. One employee told me that staying 8 extra hours would cost 120 reais, even though the daily rate was 140. After I checked with other employees, I found out the actual amount was 70 for a half day. So be careful.

It's a simple, welcoming inn that met expectations for the price. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away, and the municipal market is nearby too. There are also restaurants close by with good prices. The only thing I'd suggest is a quiet hours rule. We were exhausted when we arrived, but couldn't sleep because guests were drinking and talking loudly on the ground floor. I contacted reception, and they said there wasn't much they could do because they'd already asked them to be quiet. We were still awake past midnight because of the noise, which was frustrating. Apart from that, I'd recommend the inn and would happily stay again.
