I’m waiting for a formal response, an explanation, and action over what happened. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. My wife booked a room by phone, and Rodrigo, the employee, confirmed it. I said I was going out to dinner and would be back in about an hour. When I called again to make sure the booking was secure, I was told the room had been rented to someone else. My family, including a child, was left without a place to stay late at night. The staff member handled it completely unprofessionally, with no empathy, solution, or follow-up. A confirmed reservation creates a legitimate expectation and commitment from the hotel. What happened was embarrassing and stressful, and unacceptable, especially with a child involved.

The rooms were clean, and we liked the staff. Breakfast was excellent, and the price was great for what we got.
