The staff were helpful and professional, and the pool area was nice. There’s parking, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with a fridge as a useful bonus. Breakfast was nice too, and the shower had hot water. The location worked well for us: it’s a one-minute walk from the bus terminal and about 15 minutes on foot to the shopping mall. I’d recommend this hotel.

The service was good, though I expected more. My room was dirty and really uncomfortable.

Only stay here if it’s your last option. I’d booked a night two weeks ahead, and communication over WhatsApp was poor. They’d take a day to reply, which we thought was just because they were busy. When we arrived, they couldn’t find our reservation. We had to wait while the receptionist, or perhaps the owner, I’m not sure, the very overweight man at reception, looked up the chat and proof of payment. I was with my sister and two children, and no one helped us carry our four bags up to the third floor. The final straw was finding two cockroaches on the pillow. I went downstairs to report it, and the same man asked, “What can I do about cockroaches?” I said, “At least give me some insecticide?” Terrible service.
