We were only two, but they put us in a triple room, which was a nice extra. It was spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of room and excellent hot water. The front desk team were friendly and helpful. Augusto was especially memorable: the first person we met in three weeks in Brazil who spoke excellent English. His suggestions for places to eat and ways to get around were great. We also found the location handy, three blocks from a bus stop for the falls and airport. The neighborhood is hilly, so bear that in mind. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

The lobby feels airy and pleasant, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, the bed is good, and the shower does the job. Breakfast is a well-prepared continental buffet.

The room was good for the price, and having breakfast included was a real plus. Staff were friendly too. The walls are very thin, though, so you hear everything.

Small and simple, but quite comfortable, with a very nice price for what you get. It’s also pretty close to the bus station, with services and departures for Paraguai and Ponte da Amizade.

The elevator takes forever to close its doors, and the breakfast selection is poor. Rafain is better. Avoid rooms below the first floor, especially 090, they smell like mold.
