The location made it easy to explore, and the staff went above and beyond. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rafain Centro. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

There’s a good range of options at breakfast, and the hotel is close to good restaurants and small convenience shops. The rooms, though, are very small and basic, barely leaving enough floor space to open your bags.

It was over 35 degrees in the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The staff couldn’t offer a different room, portable unit, or even a fan, so we were stuck in the heat. They speak neither English nor Spanish.

8/10
The breakfast was spectacular, which made the stay a good experience overall. Service could be better, though. It’s a fairly old hotel, and my room was tiny, even though it had been properly cleaned.

2/10
The swimming pool was dirty, and the bar shut at 10 pm. There was no atmosphere, and the single room was about 7 square meters, with the shower and toilet separate. It was extraordinarily expensive. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. Don’t go there.
