The place is spacious and really nice, but upkeep seems difficult. Some beds were broken, and the outdoor area wasn't well cared for. The owner should check the rooms, lawn, bathrooms, and the rest. It's a problem.

It's a cozy place and a really good spot. If you like soccer, the only thing missing is netting or something similar around the field. Otherwise, the chácara is nice.

There’s plenty of space for different activities, and the place itself is good. The lodging I stayed in felt neglected, though: the windows and doors wouldn’t close. I think it needs a major renovation. The caretaker was fine, and I saw him looking after the pool. My rating is really about my stay in the lodging.
