Pousada Viana

The room was comfortable and private, and the grounds felt spacious and pleasant. Days were mild, with chilly nights. Everyone there, from the owner to the staff, was kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. They made us feel at home. Special thanks to Paloma, Pâmela, and Vinícius. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back more often.

The grounds are like a small farm, with lots of fruit trees, and the place works well for families. Staff were very attentive. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could have been cleaner.

A lovely, well-kept place, though getting a car through the entrance is a bit tricky. My room didn't have its own bathroom, which was in the living room. The breakfast was great. I'd give it a 9.

We left well before our planned checkout and nearly had nowhere to stay. We had paid a lot for the rooms, and the place didn't deliver the comfort it promised. The pools were dirty, the mattress was badly moldy, and the shower had no hot water. The air conditioner only blew air without cooling. Breakfast was awful: plain couscous, coffee with no milk, and one small piece of papaya for two people. There was only one employee handling all the work. Vinícius was the one bright spot. He went to great lengths to help us and the women who had arrived from Salvador, but they left too because of the same problems. I posted these concerns on Instagram and they blocked me. Someone should inspect the place.
