Pousada Arthemis

The beach is beautiful and made for some special family moments. Our stay was very positive: the pousada welcomed us warmly, with attentive service, and the rooms were comfortable and well organized, making for a peaceful visit. Breakfast was great, with a good range and quality. My family and I were very satisfied with the whole experience. I recommend it.

The biggest problem was suite number 2, right by the stairs. We could hear everything. The children in the neighboring room were running through the hall at midnight, and noise from the suite above carried straight through. On the other side of the stairs, three Argentinian guys played loud music until 12:30 a.m., then came back shouting at 3:00 a.m. We couldn’t sleep, so after just one night we left. I wouldn’t return for that reason, even though Angelo knows how unhappy we were. It’s painful because his effort and desire to make the stay pleasant were clear, and he even let us check in super early. The inn itself is beautiful and well located, with a market on the corner. The pool and deck are lovely and comfortable, breakfast is very complete, and there’s a fully equipped shared kitchen. Angelo Francisco, the manager, is incredibly helpful and attentive.

The warm welcome and especially the cleanliness left us delighted. It felt like family service, and that really makes a difference. Everyone was so attentive, and breakfast was delicious. We’re sure to return, and we’re truly grateful for all the care.

The owners, Angelo and Zaine, were attentive to everything while still giving us space. Breakfast was top-notch, and everything tasted delicious. The shared kitchen was a nice extra. The whole family had a fantastic stay, beyond what we expected. Highly recommended.
