The service was good, though nothing about the stay really stood out.

The breakfast was quite good, but cleanliness was a real problem, especially in the rooms. My bathroom was dirty and covered in hair, and it was disappointing to arrive to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Some staff were very nice, while others were rude. They also take a long time to check out the room, then return it dirty. There’s a lot that needs improvement.

The bathroom had no light, the service was poor, and my orthopedic pillow was stolen. Hard to know where to begin. Good luck if you’re thinking of staying here. Also, Google Maps lists three places, Pousada O Sol, Pousada Novo Sol, and Pousada Videiras, but they’re all the same place.

The breakfast was awful, and there’s no maintenance at all. A few employees are left to handle everything, so the place is a mess. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The place itself was really nice, and so was the service. The rooms, though, honestly weren’t for me.
