Flat Sun Square Residence

Really good service 👍.

Really good.

I was told afterward that the room was meant for a couple, which makes no sense when the reservation for three adults had been accepted and confirmed. We were also allowed to check in as three guests. The room we got didn’t match the photos shown when I booked. It had one double bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa mattress was in such bad shape that an adult couldn’t sleep on it with any reasonable comfort. There weren’t enough towels or bedding for all three of us, either. When we asked reception about the missing items, they said they’d sort it out. We waited nearly an hour and nothing happened. After calling again for sheets and towels, we were told they couldn’t do anything. I stayed from 03/06 to 07/06. The stay fell far short of what the hotel’s descriptions and photos led me to expect. The facilities, service, and conditions weren’t in keeping with its advertised four-star rating. I’m asking management to respond and provide a suitable resolution for the trouble during my stay.

I stayed here years ago, and this time it was clear the hotel needs major maintenance throughout. There are unrepaired leaks in the reception ceiling, and the rooms also had cleanliness and hygiene issues.
