Everything was very clean, and the staff were attentive.

The room was good and clean, with air conditioning, towels, and a blanket. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was great, and there's a garage. I chose it because it was close to unigoias, where I was taking an exam. The problem was the lack of flexibility. The gates for my exam closed at 7:30, but breakfast started at 7:00. Eating then would have risked making me late, so I asked if I could have breakfast earlier, even if I paid. They said no. At times the staff were pretty brusque, and I had to buy something the day before to eat early Sunday morning.

I hate speaking badly about places, but this was one of my worst experiences. The bed creaked so much it sounded as if someone had put little firecrackers in the mattress. Surely they must have heard complaints and fixed it by now. You go there to rest, then wake up feeling awful!

The place is basic but comfortable, though I missed having a minibar to keep water or food cold. At R$ 180 a night, I thought it was expensive. Some staff were a bit brusque, too. I planned to stay two days and paid in advance, but left early. Getting a refund at checkout turned into a huge hassle. The receptionist said she couldn't return the money and told me to contact someone in finance. Since I'm from another city and had to catch my bus, I couldn't sort it out in person. After a lot of messages back and forth on WhatsApp, the woman eventually refunded me, but deducted a percentage, saying it was a fee for paying by card. I'd stay again if the service and price improved and they invested in minibars.
