The room was small and dark, with poor lighting. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower enclosure was very dirty and uncomfortable. The room window was quite dirty too. The breakfast items weren't good quality, so on the second day we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Hotel Alves is very good. The price is good, it's super clean, and the rooms smell fresh. The bathroom was clean too, and the owners are very attentive.

My mother and sister stayed here while they waited for their next bus. They were very well received, and the service and comfort were both very good. I recommend it!

The best hotel in the região 44. The service is great, the value for money is excellent, and the location is great. I highly recommend it.

The bathroom is small, but I have nothing else to complain about. It's very quiet, with covered parking and air conditioning. A good option for staying overnight during a layover or while taking an exam.
