The bathroom was still dirty after it was supposedly cleaned, and the room sheets weren't changed when we asked. My wife has a tattoo that bled onto the sheet, and it was still there even though we'd left the card on the bed as instructed. They just acted as if they'd changed it. The room itself was initially cleaned OK, but the hallways and walls were scratched up. Staff were very unfriendly, and parking was overpriced. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The breakfast was great, and the location worked really well. Our room was nice, the staff were friendly and polite, and being able to refill water for free was handy. The partnership with a nearby gym for guests was a great bonus.

The location was good and breakfast was good too, but I didn't feel the price was justified. The room had just the basics, with no drinking glasses, nothing in the minibar, a small TV, and no hand towel. The interior finish looked a little shoddy, though nothing terrible. I had to switch rooms twice, and it took an hour and a half to get into one that was ready and had working Wi-Fi.

The renovation work made for a poor stay, with dust noticeable near the front desk and even while I was eating breakfast. I was also very dissatisfied with how my points were handled. I booked four rooms and expected points for two, but only got credit for one. At first the hotel said they could only award points for one room. I explained that wasn't right, and they asked me to send Accor's policy. After I provided it by both WhatsApp and email, they stopped responding.

The rooms were clean, the location was great, and parking rates were competitive.
