The building is attractive, with wide corridors and a good location. The covered garage is a little tight, and during our stay the front door’s electronic entry system wasn’t working properly.

I rented AP 205 in this beautiful building in Gramado for the Carnival holiday through 'aluge temporada'. It was a great choice. The place is surrounded by nature, with all the refinement of Gramado just 2 km from the center. I’m very satisfied!

This residential building is in a quiet neighborhood and has lovely finishes. It’s a major project by Incorpodora Ludke, with apartments featuring two suites.
