I was happy with my stay at Pousada Stillo Gramado Exclusive and would like to come back. Its location between avenida Borges de Medeiros and rua São Pedro made it easy to get around without a car, with a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, and a coffee shop close by. There's an elevator, and the staff were friendly. The place was spotless, and my room had good space, clean bedding, two large mirrors, plus an electric kettle, cups, and glasses. The minibar had water, soda, and beer, charged separately if used. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of sweet and savory choices, several kinds of bread, fruit, juice, cereal, and tea. The dining area was cozy and climate controlled. They also leave complimentary coffee, tea, and cake at reception.

I really enjoyed my stay here and wanted to leave a good review. The room was especially comfortable, with a large bed, quality pillows and blankets, spotless linens, plenty of mirrors, good lighting, and lots of outlets. The new woodwork was attractive and practical, and the hot and cold air conditioning worked well for the room. The bathroom isn't very large, but the shower was great, with steady hot water and strong pressure. Sound insulation also helped me sleep peacefully. The hotel is new, clean, well cared for, and organized. Staff were very polite, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, both varied and regularly replenished, with something new on the menu each day. The roomy, comfortable lounge at reception had coffee and little cakes for guests, a nice touch that felt homey. It's about a 10-minute walk from Rua Coberta, close to everything while still in a quiet area. No complaints at all. I'd definitely stay here again on another visit, and recommend it wholeheartedly.
