Hotel Fioreze Chalés

Excellent service, and everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect, highly recommend it.

Our kids loved being around the animals, and the lively center of Gramado is still only a short drive away. The whole place has a one-of-a-kind, magical atmosphere, like being inside a fairy tale. We came to relax but ended up loving the hotel itself most of all. The team went beyond what we expected: after we mentioned our son's birthday, we returned to the chalet to find a cake, sweets, and even a little gift for him. We enjoyed it so much that we already have another stay booked!

The care at breakfast really stood out. We have a 2-year-old, and when we arrived his high chair, straw cup, plate, and age-appropriate spoons were already set out. Just fantastic. I have nothing but praise for our stay, and the little details made all the difference. We'll be back!

The breakfast foods were delicious, made there under Vó Zaira's supervision, and the animals living on the property were clearly well cared for. Fernanda, Vó Zaira, and the whole team welcomed us like family. They paid attention to our schedule, my daughter's sleep, and making sure she had fun. She even got presents! She loved the trip so much that, when she talks about it, she wants to go back to the hotel to see Baio, fish, and have breakfast. Gramado's attractions were just a small detail for her. The hotel was the real delight. The scenery is beautiful, and the chalets are lovely and comfortable, with all the equipment and utensils we needed, including a fireplace.
