Itapira Casa Grande Hotel

I stayed here over New Year's and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, had clean bedding, and everything was well organized. The place felt cozy, the staff were fantastic, and there's breakfast too. I recommend it for the value, friendly service, food, cleanliness, quiet, and organization. I appreciate how warmly the staff welcomed me. I'm sorry others had their own bad experiences, but to me those comments sound like personal frustration and an effort to undermine other people's work.

The indoor spaces are excellent, with a garage, lounges, and a green area. The staff and reception were kind and very friendly. But our room had a few leaks, and one got my coat wet. The hotel's internet signal was poor, and the TV didn't work properly either. Breakfast is served outside, and some items had already run out. If you're going to have breakfast...

We arrived to find the room clean and tidy. It's a good place.

A terrible place. I left a bag with four chocolates behind when I went to work. When I looked for it, they said they'd thrown out the room's trash. They disposed of my belongings without permission, and I was left out of pocket. I don't recommend it.
