Apartamento temporada

The building entrance was unpleasant too, with staff repeatedly asking for the names of people in the apartment to check them against a list. My father had rented another unit next door through the same person, but wasn’t allowed to come upstairs even to help with my bags. The service was awful, and the staff were rude enough to make the whole experience as bad as possible. Total dissatisfaction. Let this be a lesson.

The apartment was badly equipped, with no cutlery at all, a broken air conditioner, sewage backing up into the toilets, and doors that slam even when closed. We couldn’t use the pool because water was leaking into the apartment below. Everything felt disorganized, but the service was the worst part. From the first messages there was no courtesy, not even a hello or a how are you. I’ve never been treated so badly. The experience was awful, and I’d give it zero if I could.

So beautiful and wonderful, it’s hard to describe. Just stunning.

Staying here has been a nightmare. I rented a high-end beachfront apartment at Praia do Morro for the second year in a row, and that was a terrible mistake. The loose door has been like that for over a year. The bathroom reeks of sewage and the smell takes over the whole apartment, the same problem as last year. It’s practically impossible to breathe. The shower wiring keeps burning out the shower. The kitchen is run-down too. There’s no dish rack, no containers for storing food, and sometimes there isn’t even a pan, so I have to put pots in the fridge. I message the real estate agency and nobody replies. They’ve known about these problems for years and still haven’t fixed them.
