The pool is huge and enjoyable, and there's a massive party hall that can hold a lot of people. The river runs right beside the property, so you can fish, and the barbecue area looks out over the pool. The house is cozy, the grounds are beautiful and well cared for, and it's a great place to spend time with family. Wi-Fi worked well, there are beds for lots of people, and the street is quiet with only a few houses. It's a three-minute drive to a market and ten minutes to downtown Guararema. My family and friends had a really good time there.

The river at the back is a lovely bonus. You can go down to it and spend hours sitting and taking in the view. The chácara is beautifully maintained, the accommodations were excellent, and the pool is a very good size for a family.

We had such a great few days here. The barbecue area is spacious and well organized, and the pool is lovely for relaxing and having fun. The bedrooms are roomy, the bathrooms clean, the living room comfortable, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. A perfect little piece of paradise. Congratulations, Divaldo Rosa, on the property and the care in every detail.

The photos show the place just as it is: clean, well maintained, and with excellent facilities. Divaldo was very attentive and helpful. We'll come back another time.

What a lovely find. The welcome was great, and it felt like a little paradise on earth. For someone like me who's used to the pace of a big city, it was the peaceful break I needed and had been hoping for.
