Apartamentos na Quadra do Mar

Jean told me he was the owners’ son and said my card wasn’t valid, offering to book directly with him for half the price. I did, for a woman named Clarice, whom he said was his mother. Four hours later I asked to cancel. Booking would have charged R$ 285,00, but he waived that fee there, apparently to look like a good host. He still kept the R$ 360,00 difference from the Pix payment. He said he was keeping the full amount because of the cleaning fee, which was R$ 150,00, and also because he pays to promote his posts on the platform.
