I wasn't happy with how small the apartment was.

The pool has a lifeguard, which is a useful safety measure, and the 24-hour gatehouse makes Condomínio Parque Santiago feel secure. The court is also kept in good shape, so residents have a well-maintained place for recreation. I think adding a small market inside the condominium would make daily life more convenient. The gardens in front of the buildings and around the grounds could use some attention too. Better-kept landscaping would make the surroundings more welcoming and could benefit residents' well-being as well as property values. It's a good choice for anyone looking for a secure, comfortable, family-friendly place with leisure facilities. Those two improvements could make it even better for residents.
