The rooms were comfortable, the TV had good channels, and the outdoor area felt cozy. I liked the accommodations overall, especially the warm, homey atmosphere and the location less than five minutes from the beach. The narrow stair steps bothered me a little and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. It can be noisy beside the busy street, though rooms on the other side may be quieter. The staff treated me very kindly. Breakfast was a highlight: it’s à la carte, so guests choose what they want, which avoids waste and means everyone can get a good breakfast regardless of the season or occupancy. I’ll seriously consider staying here again on my next trips. Worth trying.

The care from the whole team made our stay at Hotel Rio Guarujá feel special. I want to thank everyone for looking after my family so warmly. My wife’s birthday fell on our last day, and they gave us a little cake. That really touched me. We stayed four nights, from Sunday to Thursday, and breakfast was included and ordered at the table. The food was exceptional, the coffee was always fresh, and guests could get it throughout the day. The service was wonderful. The housekeepers Iolanda and Claudia looked after us at breakfast all four days with so much care and attention. My wife and daughter adored them. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and housekeeping was impeccable. They also provide beach towels, which made a real difference. This was my first time staying at a hotel in Guarujá, even though I’ve been coming here since I was born, and we picked exactly right. Fantastic place. I recommend it a thousand times over!
