The sea view and music in the background made breakfast especially relaxing. The food was nicely presented, and the place is organized, clean, and well cared for. We were made to feel at home, and Dona Rosangela was kind and friendly. Alessandra welcomed us warmly and was very polite with us and our little cat. The women at breakfast and the cleaning team were lovely too. We were very happy with the stay and will be back soon. Happy New Year!

The calm atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy some special time, and the location is great too. At Pousada Tortugas, everything felt cozy, clean, and well organized. We got a very warm welcome and really attentive service. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service in Guarujá. I’ll definitely be back.

There was no way we could sleep in that room, the mold smell was extremely strong, so we left. Water was cut off in the afternoon, and the room door was broken. The pool area was very dirty, and the bungalow mattress was so grimy I had to put a towel down before sitting on it. There wasn’t a parking space, so I had to pay separately at the pousada’s “partner” lot, where it cost 50 reais every 12 hours. Aside from all that, it was okay.

The location is great, with everything close by, but what makes me want to return is the place itself. The care and affection from the moment we arrived right through the end of our stay meant a lot. You’re exceptional! I loved it from the heart. Thank you so much for everything, and congratulations to the whole team.

The room was a good size, and the pousada is cute, clean, and in a good location. But we came to rest and couldn’t sleep because the mattress was awful. It felt like there was a hole in the middle, and we couldn’t find a comfortable position. Breakfast was reasonable.
