The beach was a highlight, with clear water, clean sand, and hammocks and sunbeds for relaxing. We also took a boat trip to Maragogi’s natural pools, the “Galés,” and saw lovely marine life while snorkeling. The bungalow village sits in a peaceful beachfront setting, with tropical greenery and the sound of the ocean all around. Our bungalow was charming and nicely designed, with a private, cozy feel and the modern comforts you’d expect. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help. Breakfast was another lovely part of the stay, with fresh local fruit, homemade bread, and a good range of regional dishes. It felt like a dream vacation. I’d recommend it to couples or families looking for a quiet, picturesque escape in Maragogi, and I can’t wait to return.

A boat trip along the coast is a great way to see the sights. Bring plenty of sun protection and swimwear. The guides at the Maragogi rock/coral pools took awesome photos. The chalet-style houses come in different sizes and work well if you want your own place. They’re self-catering, with a barbecue, outdoor shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms, an en-suite in the main bedroom, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a microwave, gas oven, and large refrigerator. The rooms are a good size. There’s outdoor seating and dining too, though you’ll want repellent because of the mosquitoes. There’s a well-stocked shop by reception with food, drinks, and basics like toothpaste, suncream, toys, and biscuits. A small equipped gym, pool table, table tennis, sand volleyball courts, and a dog exercise area are also on site. The bar and restaurant beside the pool overlook the lovely beach, and the food and drinks there are good. Parking is behind each chalet, and it’s easy to walk around the grounds. Enjoy!

The buffet is a real treat, with dishes to suit different tastes. The hotel is excellent, near the beach and many of Maragogi’s tourist spots. Its rooms are comfortable and larger than those in other hotels.
