The price was really good for the service, and there are nice places to eat nearby. The beach is three blocks away. Our bedroom was good and the shower was really nice. We had no problems during the stay, though the girl at reception in the mornings was always in a bad mood. There's no breakfast service.

You can walk to plenty of places to eat, shop and get groceries, and the beach is a five-minute walk away. It's a good option if you're on a budget. There are better places, sure, but you'd spend more.

It felt like a welcoming, family-oriented place, but the room really needed more attention to cleaning between guests, as other accommodations do. It smelled musty, and I had to leave the window open to air it out a little.

You don't need luxury to get a clean place, a good location, polite service and an excellent breakfast. João and the whole team deserve congratulations. Want peace and comfort? Book a stay with João with your eyes closed. Well done!
