The whole family who owns the place is cheerful and kindhearted. It's an awesome place, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

On 31.03 I came with my girlfriend, and the morning receptionist was very rude. When I later got in touch to ask for a snack, the same thing happened. We stayed in Suite 18 Elegance, and it was awful: the hair dryer didn't work, and there were hairs in the whirlpool, so it didn't seem to have been cleaned. Water was left standing by the shower exit, the floor was slippery, and the slippers provided for guests didn't look hygienic. I'm not coming back or recommending it.

The new management made for a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, and the simple complimentary breakfast was good quality and quite nice. Good value for money. I'd recommend it.

We only needed somewhere near Guarulhos airport to sleep for a bit, and it met our needs. We stayed six hours and paid 80 reais. Getting an Uber there and back was easy, with drivers accepting both rides quickly. The motel rooms are very basic and don't have air conditioning. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.
