The staff were very friendly and the location is central, but we barely slept. People partying and bars carried on until 6 AM, then island life started up at 7 AM. Our toilet seat was broken, the toilet leaked, and the shower was useless. Breakfast was poor, with the same cake returned three days in a row. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our three-day stay.

I stayed here on a solo trip to Ilha Grande as part of a travel package. I really liked the location and the place itself, and the staff were friendly and provided good service.

The breakfast buffet included items that weren’t fresh, and some were even spoiled. Our room’s cleanliness was questionable, and it wasn’t cleaned once during our three-night stay. We also felt as if we were bothering the staff. Before arriving, I tried several times over a few weeks to contact the hotel and couldn’t reach them. This was the most disappointing stay of our three weeks in Brazil. For your comfort and health, avoid this place!
