Diego, Maria, and Andressa were incredibly kind. I had good conversations with all three, and they sorted out any questions or problems I had. The breakfasts were delicious, everything was very clean, and the pool was fantastic. The location is perfect, and the inn has a generator for the island's frequent power outages. 10/10, absolutely recommend it. I hope I can return soon.

The location is handy, close to everything and easy to reach. The rooms are good, and the old air conditioner is noisy, but it works and cools very well. Internet access is very poor. Reception service was the main problem: the staff were inflexible, rude, and lacking empathy. We paid a fee to check out at 5pm instead of the usual 10am, but when I had a meeting at 10, they wouldn't wait the 40 minutes until it ended for us to pay. The amount quoted initially also differed from what we were charged, with extra amounts that hadn't been disclosed. They charge 20% of the rate for each child, so with three children that adds up to 20% three times per night, a significant increase. Given the nightly price, I expected more courtesy and better service.

I can't give it zero because the rating system won't let me. The owners were rude, showed no warmth, and the welcome was awful. It was expensive for an inn with tiny rooms and appliances that didn't work properly. The pool was dirty every day, and breakfast was terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
