Suítes Maravilha de Ará

I stayed in the parnaioca suite, and it was a horrible experience. The place was filthy and in very poor condition: the bathroom and shower stall were disgusting, there was a cockroach in the room, and I woke up one day to a dead one beside the bed. The bedding smelled awful, as if it hadn't been washed, and the towels were damp. The bed itself was terrible, with improvised brick supports under its feet, and the balcony chairs were so dirty they seemed to be just for show. The kitchen was unusable, old and unsanitary, and the refrigerator gave electric shocks. The old air conditioner didn't cool the room, and the minibar was even older. Everything was dirty and rundown. Just awful.

The place is poorly maintained and dirty. The sheets had holes, the mattresses were awful, and the kitchen utensils and stove were old and filthy. The kitchen is so small that only one person can fit, so sharing it isn't really possible. The bathroom is tiny too, and someone larger might not be able to get into the shower stall. A simple place can still be clean, but this one wasn't. There are cockroaches in the room as well.

It's on an island, so you have to spend extra on boats. That was disappointing. They acted in bad faith and only told us at the last minute. They wouldn't refund the customer either. I filed a formal complaint with hotéis. Com. Outrageous, a total letdown. They should be banned.

Please don't believe them. They don't tell you that you need to take a boat to get there. I spoke with her by phone, and she was incredibly rude, ill-mannered, and unhelpful. I never expected this. We couldn't make the crossing, and she didn't even refund the money. I don't recommend this place. Please read the reviews before going. #disappointed.
